The Holm Oak is an evergreen oak with dark green leaves that resemble those of holly.
It grows moderately quickly and gains a great texture to the bark as it develops.
The leaves reduce in size pretty readily and it is much easier to grow as a bonsai than the English Oak.
An unusual varety to see as bonsai so there is a limited stock.
