At 230mm long they give a good reach for most jobs.
 
From plucking pine needles to pulling weeds, because the handles don't flex like other cheaper tweezers the power transfer from the handle to the tip is very good ensuring a good grip is made on whatever you are trying to pull or pick.
 
For these tweezers they made the spring more softly so it is easier to use for a longer time.
 
They made the point so that you can grasp something more easily and the grips are longer and deeper.
These are stainless steel but they are dyed black to keep the costs down as its cost less than polishing.
